Who we are

Toronto Center is an independent creative and technology studio at 6A-170 The Donway W, Suite 1004, Toronto, ON M3C 2E8, Canada. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it.

What the forms collect

The quote, website review and contact forms ask for your name, email address and your message, and optionally your company, phone number, the service you are interested in and a website address. The newsletter form asks only for your email address.

We use this information to answer your request, prepare a quote or review, and, for the newsletter, to send you the occasional email you asked for. Nothing you submit is sold, rented or used for advertising.

Who processes it

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which serves the pages and protects the forms against abuse. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Each provider handles the data only to perform that service.

Form submissions are kept in our email system for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep a record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted on request or in the normal course of housekeeping.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Your theme choice (light, graphite or night) is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to us. The embedded map is served by Google Maps and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy when you interact with it.

Your rights

We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent to the newsletter, or ask us to delete your information. Write to hello@toronto.center and we will respond promptly.
