Accessibility
Our standard
This website is designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA in every colour theme and in both languages. That is the same standard required of public-sector websites in Ontario under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
What that means in practice
Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, including the menu, search, service details and forms. Focus is always visible. Headings follow a single logical order, images carry text descriptions, form fields have visible labels, colour contrast meets the AA ratio, and motion respects your system’s reduced-motion setting.
Text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content, and the page reflows at narrow widths without horizontal scrolling.
Known limits
The interactive map is provided by Google and is operated through its own controls; the studio address is also written out as text next to it. If any part of the site gets in your way, we want to know.
Tell us
Write to hello@toronto.center or call (416) 555-0100 and describe what happened and which page you were on. We will reply and fix what we can, and, where a fix takes time, offer the information in another form.
